RETURNS

- We will replace any defective merchandise returned to Wynwood Shades within 30-days of the shipment date. No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred by the purchaser. For more details please see "WARRANTY" in this section.

Prior to returning your purchase, please email us your order number & reason for return to customercare@wynwoodshades.com

If replacement is not available for the defective merchandise, we will issue a  refund to your original form of payment.

Please expect 14 business days for your order to be processed, once we receive it. During peak season, allow extra processing time due to higher than normal volumes. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is completed.

Please note: Depending on your issuing bank, your credit may not show until your next billing cycle.

- For Non-defective merchandise, we cannot provide cash or credit card refunds. All sales are Final. However, we will Exchange your purchase for a different Style or Color within 15-days of receipt of your order. Must be in original condition with original case and tags in which they were sent. Anything received after 15 days or not in original condition will be returned to the purchaser. The purchaser will be charged for the return shipment.

Any order discrepancies or damaged items received must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue & a picture of the eyewear. Send to customercare@wynwoodshades.com

We're NOT responsible for purchases delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender. Please check your shipping info twice.

WARRANTY

For manufacturing defects, replacements are available within 1 month of purchase. Warranty does not cover scratches, accidental damage caused by general use, fading or peeling of frames or the loss of screws due to neglect. Mirror lenses are highly vulnerable to scratches and nicks caused by everyday wear and tear. Natural wear and tear on mirror lens sunglasses do not make them eligible for exchanges.
